abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-dispersible blocked isocyanate composition excellent in initial dispersibility and long-term dispersion stability, and to provide a water-based coating composition excellent in coating film performance with no limitation on usable time. An NCO group terminal precursor and a blocked isocyanate composition in which free NCO groups of the precursor are blocked, wherein the NCO terminal precursor comprises a hydrophilic group-containing polyallophanate (a) and a hydrophobic polyisocyanate. (B), wherein the hydrophilic group-containing polyallophanate (a) comprises an organic diisocyanate (a-1), a nonionic surfactant (a-2) containing one hydroxyl group, a hydrophobic group-containing monoalcohol ( a-3) and a modified polyisocyanate having an NCO content of 2 to 8% by mass and an allophanatized average polymerization degree of 3 to 20, obtained by reacting at least with (a-3). It solves with the water-dispersible block isocyanate composition which is 10-50 mass% in the total amount of a-1)-(a-3). [Selection figure] None |
