titleOfInvention | Porous membrane, method for producing the same, and apparatus |
abstract | A polybenzazole-based polymer porous membrane having high mechanical strength and excellent heat resistance is provided. Further, by defining the fibril diameter, which is a structural parameter for judging the impregnation property when the porous membrane is used as a support membrane, the impregnation of the other component polymer solution is performed in the production of the composite with the other component polymer. The present invention provides a polybenzazole-based polymer porous membrane excellent in porosity that is sufficiently possible, and a method for producing the same. A polybenzazole-based polymer is dissolved in a good solvent, and a polymer solution, which is an isotropic solution having a polymer concentration of 3% by weight or less, is cast on a substrate, and then the polybenzazole-based polymer is a poor solvent. To obtain a porous membrane having a three-dimensional fibril network structure and a fibril diameter d (μm) of the membrane satisfying 0.01 ≦ d ≦ 1. |
