abstract Thermosetting organopolysiloxane composition useful as an adhesive having sufficient pressure-sensitive adhesiveness (tackiness) on a substrate and further showing a strong adhesive force by being cured by a short heat treatment. (A) a diorganopolysiloxane in which both ends of a molecular chain are blocked with hydroxyl groups; (B) an organopolysiloxane resin containing monofunctional siloxane structural units and SiO 2 units; (C) a compound having two or more allyloxycarbonyl groups (CH 2 ═CHCH 2 O (CO) —) in one molecule, an allyl group-containing isocyanurate compound and / or an alkoxysilyl group-containing isocyanurate compound, and (D) A thermosetting organopolysiloxane composition containing a curing agent, and a pressure-sensitive and thermosetting adhesive containing the composition.
