PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent poisoning of Pt of an anode electrode by improving not only high output as a solid polymer electrolyte fuel cell and methanol fuel cell but also improving the carbon monoxide poisoning performance of the anode electrode. An anode electrocatalyst for reducing the overvoltage of a solid polymer electrolyte fuel cell is provided.
