abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent poisoning of Pt of an anode electrode by improving not only high output as a solid polymer electrolyte fuel cell and methanol fuel cell but also improving the carbon monoxide poisoning performance of the anode electrode. An anode electrocatalyst for reducing the overvoltage of a solid polymer electrolyte fuel cell is provided. [Solution] The following chemical formula (1) [Chemical 1] (In the formula, A represents at least one element selected from the group consisting of alkaline earth metal elements, alkali metal elements, lanthanoids, yttrium and scandium, and B represents at least one element selected from transition metal elements and tin. A solid polymer electrolyte comprising a composite oxide having a perovskite structure, wherein y ≦ 0.6, δ represents an oxygen deficiency amount or an oxygen excess amount) Type fuel cell anode electrode catalyst.
