titleOfInvention Electrochromic display device
abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a high-quality electrochromic display device by increasing the display response speed. An electrochromic display device according to the present invention includes an array side substrate on which a TFT and a pixel electrode connected to the TFT are formed, a color filter side substrate on which a counter electrode is formed, and an array side substrate. In the electrochromic display device comprising the electrolytic layer 80 injected between the color filter side substrate 50 and the color filter side substrate 50, a larger current is supplied by making the size of the TFT 14 more than 30% of the area of the pixel, High-speed response is achieved by performing the oxidation-reduction reaction in the electrochromic phenomenon at a higher speed.
