abstract |
Provided is an electrophotographic image forming apparatus capable of sufficiently optimizing media, hardware such as a printer and a post-processing device, and toner, and capable of providing a high image quality equivalent to a silver halide photograph. Image processing control means for capturing input image data as digital image data and performing image processing and image output control on the digital image data to form a digital image on the surface of an electrostatic latent image carrier. A toner image forming means for developing the digital image as a toner image with toner, a roll cutting means for cutting a roll-shaped electrophotographic image-receiving sheet into an electrophotographic image-receiving sheet of a predetermined size, and the electrophotographic image-receiving sheet A toner image forming means for transferring a toner image thereon to form a toner image; a smooth glossing means for smoothing the toner image; and a print edge removing means for removing an edge of the electrophotographic print.
