titleOfInvention | Polymer composition excellent in antithrombogenicity and medical material comprising the same |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel polymer composition having antithrombogenicity, which is practical in terms of cost, processability, etc. and includes stable thrombolytic performance, and a medical antithrombogenic polymer material comprising the same To do. SOLUTION: Plasma protein adsorption suppression, blood coagulation inhibition, thrombosis are achieved by immobilizing a novel polymer composition containing a part of amino acid L-lysine free of amino group and carboxyl group on a medical material. A novel antithrombotic medical material having a triple function of solubility is obtained. Blood contact materials such as catheters, artificial blood vessels, and syringes manufactured using this antithrombotic medical material effectively inhibit blood coagulation.
