titleOfInvention Exhaust gas treatment method and apparatus for melting furnace
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste water treatment facility and an exhaust gas treatment apparatus for a melting furnace which can easily collect Pb at low cost, do not need to perform waste water treatment, and do not require a large installation space. SOLUTION: Dust collection of molten exhaust gas including molten fly ash and dust generated in a melting furnace 10 is performed in a temperature range where a Pb compound exists as a gas body and other components exist as a solid, and then melted. The temperature of the exhaust gas is reduced to shift the Pb compound in the gas from a gas body to a solid. Then, the molten exhaust gas containing the solidified Pb compound is collected using the second bag filter device 14 to recover the Pb compound in the exhaust gas. [Selection] Figure 1
