titleOfInvention Method for producing polymer optical waveguide
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a polymer optical waveguide capable of easily providing a conductive pattern on a polymer optical waveguide used for optical wiring or the like without adversely affecting the optical waveguide. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] 1) A step of preparing a mold formed of a cured resin layer of a curable resin for mold formation and having a concave portion corresponding to a convex portion of an optical waveguide core. 2) For a clad having a conductive pattern formed on a mold A step of adhering the base material, 3) a step of filling the concave portion of the mold in which the clad base material is in close contact with the core-forming curable resin, 4) a step of curing the filled core-forming curable resin, and 5) a mold. 6) A method for producing a polymer optical waveguide, comprising: a step of peeling off from a clad substrate; and 6) a step of forming a clad layer on the clad substrate on which the core is formed.
