abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate comprising a transparent substrate having good transparency and adhesion and a transparent resin film. A laminate comprising a transparent substrate and a transparent resin film having a peel strength of 0.05 kN / m or more measured by a surface-interface cutting method. The transparent resin film is preferably made of an alicyclic olefin resin, and it is particularly preferable to use a radiation-sensitive resin composition containing a quinonediazide compound.
