titleOfInvention | Thermoplastic elastomer composition |
abstract | In a thermoplastic elastomer composition mainly composed of a high Mooney viscosity ethylene copolymer rubber and a crystalline olefin resin, by using a specific amount of a crosslinking agent and a very small amount of a crosslinking accelerator, Sufficient compression set is obtained, and when the amount of olefinic resin component is increased, the decrease in compression set is suppressed, and when kneading the composition, it takes a very long time to develop a sufficient crosslinked structure. The thermoplastic elastomer composition is short and excellent in productivity, has little heat history in the composition, and can improve the deterioration of performance due to bleed out of low molecular weight materials and thermal degradation of resins. SOLUTION: (a) 100 parts by weight of ethylene copolymer rubber having Mooney viscosity ML 1 + 4 (125 ° C.) of 70 or more, (b) 20 to 250 parts by weight of crystalline olefin resin, (c) 2 to 2 crosslinking agents A thermoplastic elastomer composition comprising 30 parts by weight and (d) 0.01 to 0.5 parts by weight of a crosslinking accelerator.
