titleOfInvention | Method for producing polyolefin graft copolymer using late transition metal complex coordination polymerization catalyst |
abstract | A graft copolymer of an olefin monomer and a (meth) acrylic macromonomer or silicone macromonomer produced by emulsion polymerization in the presence of a late transition metal complex coordination polymerization catalyst In providing a method for producing a composition containing a polymer, impurities in the polymer are reduced. Furthermore, the present invention provides a late transition metal complex-based coordination polymerization catalyst having a novel ligand optimal for this washing method. In the presence of a late transition metal complex coordination polymerization catalyst, a graft copolymer of (meth) acrylic or silicone macromonomer produced by emulsion polymerization with an olefinic monomer is precipitated from a latex state. After that, the catalyst and / or catalyst-derived material is removed by washing. Further, it features a late transition metal complex-based coordination polymerization catalyst having a novel ligand that can be easily removed by washing. [Selection figure] None |
