PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sufficient thickness for exhibiting friction characteristics without requiring a shaft and a container for extrusion molding, and without requiring a mold for sintering and molding a base material. An object of the present invention is to provide a method for forming a nanocarbon dispersion coating having the same and a nanocarbon dispersion coating made thereby. SOLUTION: Using a nanocarbon consisting of any one of fullerene, nanocluster diamond, onion structure carbon, or a composite thereof, or a composite powder of any of these with a metal, ceramics, or resin, or a mixed powder thereof, A method for forming a nanocarbon-dispersed coating, characterized by performing thermal spraying.
