abstract |
The object of the present invention is to reduce the sudden pressure fluctuation caused by the vaporization of the chemical when discharged from the reaction extruder to the molding machine of the polymer processed product, and to provide a material for the molding machine. It is an object of the present invention to provide a polymer processing method and apparatus capable of continuous and homogeneous molding with little variation in supply amount and molding unevenness. The present invention relates to a step of mixing and stirring a polymer and a chemical to be reacted with the polymer at a high temperature and high pressure in a reaction extruder to produce a polymer processed product, and the polymer processed product. A polymer treatment method comprising the steps of: introducing a polymer treatment product into a chemical separation tank and separating the polymer treated product and the drug; and molding the separated polymer treatment product. .
