Soluble immunosuppressive factors are present in sera obtained from mammals with tumors and are associated with changes in TCR subunit protein levels and T lymphocyte signal transduction pathways. This change can be used to measure levels of at least one selected TCR subunit protein or T lymphocyte transduction pathway protein, or the pattern of the NF-kB / rel system, A method of judging the severity of immunosuppression by comparing with patterns has been born. [Effect] This method is useful for confirming that a patient's T lymphocytes can be activated to the extent that immunotherapy can be performed, and for determining a drug that causes immunosuppression or reverses this. Isolating immunosuppressive factors and combining them with protein expression levels is useful, for example, in suppressing immune responses in organ transplantation. [Selection figure] None |
