titleOfInvention | Optical probe and optical pickup device |
abstract | The present invention does not reduce the light utilization efficiency even when using an exposure apparatus with low alignment accuracy, and performs recording error detection and actuation, or high-speed recording / reproducing, and substantially recording / reproducing. Speed can be improved. An optical probe according to the present invention includes a light transmitting substrate made of a light transmitting material, a light transmitting material formed on the light transmitting substrate, and an outer wall having one or a plurality of taper angles. The portion has a protrusion that is rectangular. An objective lens for condensing incident light on the apex of the projection while scanning in the long side direction of the apex of the projection is formed on the transparent substrate. Furthermore, this objective lens is a cylindrical lens having a curvature only in one direction, and the direction in which there is no curvature of this objective lens is parallel to the short side direction of the apex portion of the protrusion, and the length in the direction in which there is no curvature of the objective lens. The length was made longer than the short side of the apex of the protrusion. [Selection] Figure 2 |
