PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a breathable heat-peelable double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet that can adhere an adherend with excellent adhesion following the surface shape even if the adherend has irregularities on the surface. A breathable heat-peelable pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is a heat-peelable pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet in which a heat-expandable pressure-sensitive adhesive layer containing heat-expandable microspheres is formed on at least one surface of a substrate. It is a porous substrate, and the thermally expandable adhesive layer is a porous thermally expandable adhesive layer formed by providing a pressure-sensitive adhesive containing thermally expandable microspheres in a fibrous form.
