abstract | A pressure-sensitive double-sided adhesive tape or sheet capable of peeling a release liner with good peelability from a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer capable of bonding members with excellent positional accuracy. A pressure-sensitive double-sided adhesive tape or sheet is formed of a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition containing an acrylic polymer (A1), a polyfunctional acrylic oligomer (A2), and a photopolymerization initiator (A3). And an adhesive layer (A) in which the polyfunctional acrylic oligomer (A2) is substantially unreacted, and a release liner (B) formed on at least one surface of the adhesive layer (A).
