abstract [Problem] Regardless of age or gender, it is possible to make a daily mouth with the same feeling as general confectionery, and preferably to keep the oral cavity sterilized by keeping it in the mouth for a certain period of time. It is an object of the present invention to provide an antibacterial confectionery that can prevent the occurrence of diseases from the oral cavity as much as possible. The antibacterial confectionery according to the present invention is characterized by containing a small amount of a powdery, granular or liquid antibacterial agent. As the antibacterial agent used here, an iodine-cyclodextrin inclusion compound is suitable, and as the confectionery, a product that stays in the mouth for a certain period of time, such as candy or gum, is preferable.
