abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a free-form three-dimensional object manufacturing material that has little shrinkage and deformation during drying and curing, has a fine texture on the surface after curing, and has a high curing rate. A particle blend including calcium aluminate particles and polymer binder particles is applied in layers, and an aqueous polyol-containing liquid medium is ink-injected onto a predetermined region of the particle blend to hydrate cement. Form and cure the hydrated cement. The polymer binder particles are polyvinyl alcohol powder, polyacrylamide powder, poly (acrylic acid), poly (acrylamide-co-acrylic acid), poly (vinyl alcohol-co-ethylene), poly (vinyl alcohol-co-acetic acid). Vinyl-co-itaconic acid), poly (vinyl pyrrolidone), poly (methyl methacrylate-co-methacrylic acid), soluble starch, methylcellulose, and combinations thereof. [Selection figure] None
