titleOfInvention | Α-ray radiation ceramic for fluid treatment and its holding structure |
abstract | An alpha ray radiating ceramic for fluid treatment which performs sterilization, deodorization, activation, prevention of deterioration and the like of water, air, oil and the like and a holding structure thereof are provided. An α-ray radiation ceramic according to the present invention is a treatment material 1 obtained by forming and firing a ceramic raw material into a predetermined shape, and the surface of the granular material contains 0.2-5 wt% thorium oxide. The treatment material 1 is a granular body composed of a skin layer 1a made of an α-ray radiation material and an inner layer 1b containing no thorium oxide inside the skin layer 1a, and the particle size of the granular body is 2 to 10 mm. The thickness of the skin layer 1a is 50 to 100 μm. The processing material holding structure is a holding structure for accommodating and holding a large number of processing materials 1 by forming gaps that allow the fluid to flow inside the frame 7 having an internal space as a fluid flow path. Each treatment material 1 is held in such a manner that the treatment materials 1 are not in contact with each other and form a predetermined adjacent gap that serves as a fluid flow path in a direction that shields at least the fluid flow direction. A holding member 8 is provided. [Selection] Figure 1 |
