abstract |
[PROBLEMS] To provide an aqueous dispersion capable of forming a film having excellent long-term storage stability and film-forming property, and excellent biodegradability and water resistance. Provided is a method for easily and inexpensively manufacturing without requiring equipment and complicated operations. (1) A polylactic acid resin having a D-lactic acid content of 1.5 to 25 mol% and a polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene block copolymer surfactant in an amount of 1 to 30% by mass with respect to the polylactic acid resin. A polylactic acid resin aqueous dispersion containing ammonia or an organic amine compound having a boiling point of 250 ° C. or less in an amount of 0.01 to 20% by mass and an amphiphilic organic solvent in an amount of 0 to 30% by mass with respect to the polylactic acid resin, A polylactic acid resin aqueous dispersion, wherein the number average particle size of the lactic acid resin is less than 0.5 μm.
