abstract To identify a FFRP that can be a target of a drug having an antibacterial action, and to provide a new screening system for a drug using this, particularly a drug having an anti-Pseudomonas aeruginosa action. Based on the genome information of a bacterium, the FFRP of the bacterium is identified using the known FFRP amino acid sequence and the correspondence shown in FIG. A drug having an antibacterial action is screened by selecting a compound that specifically binds to the identified FFRP or FFRP aggregate and changes its steric structure as a candidate drug.
