Shirasu concrete decorative material and manufacturing method thereof |
abstract |
There is provided a decorative board that realizes an intended complicated pattern and color such as a diagram and a picture with a small number of work steps without generating drainage during production. One to six layers of a zero slump material forming a shirasu hardened layer having a different composition are stacked on a zero slump material forming a decorative layer, and the result is 1 MPa (10 kgf / cm 2 ) to 235 MPa (2400 kgf / cm 2 ). The decorative board is manufactured by integrally molding with the pressure of. Part or all of the surface can be surface ground or washed out to give an aesthetic or antiskid effect. Since alkaline drainage does not occur during production, there is no problem of wastewater treatment, and a new decorative board having an intended complex pattern or color such as a diagram or a picture on the decorative layer is realized.
