abstract A novel cell-free protein synthesis method capable of producing a high-throughput protein by producing a protein in a cell-free system using a silkworm extract or an insect culture cell extract. A transcription reaction step in vitro and a transcription reaction solution after the transcription reaction are added to a translation reaction solution containing an arthropod-derived extract so that the final concentration of magnesium is 10 mM or less.
