abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a high-quality polyester resin composition that is excellent in heat resistance and productivity, has excellent surface properties with few coarse protrusions derived from an antimony element, and can be developed for various uses. SOLUTION: A titanium compound is contained in an amount of 0.5 to 50 ppm in terms of titanium atom with respect to polyester, a phosphorus compound is in an amount of 0.1 to 50 ppm in terms of phosphorus atom with respect to polyester, and no antimony compound is contained or 30 ppm in terms of antimony atom with respect to polyester.
