titleOfInvention Adsorption device and adsorption method
abstract The present invention provides an adsorption device and an adsorption method capable of reducing the cost of equipment without increasing the adsorption load of an adsorption tower during adsorption operation. An adsorption apparatus 1 is connected to a circulation loop 20 that circulates a carrier gas in one of adsorption towers 10A and 10B, and to the circulation loop 20, and a removal component is desorbed from an adsorbent. The carrier gas is cooled to condense the removed components, and the carrier gas from which the removed components are removed is returned to the circulation loop 20, and the adsorbent cooling gas is cooled to lower the temperature of the adsorbent. Adsorbent cooling means 50. The adsorbent cooling means 50 cools the adsorbent cooling gas to a temperature at which the adsorbent in the adsorption towers 10A and 10B can exhibit the adsorption performance, and this gas is absorbed in the adsorption towers 10A and 10B. It introduce | transduces into the adsorption tower (for example, adsorption tower 10B) in regeneration processing via an adsorption tower (for example, adsorption tower 10A). [Selection] Figure 1
