The present invention provides an adsorption device and an adsorption method capable of reducing the cost of equipment without increasing the adsorption load of an adsorption tower during adsorption operation. An adsorption apparatus 1 is connected to a circulation loop 20 that circulates a carrier gas in one of adsorption towers 10A and 10B, and to the circulation loop 20, and a removal component is desorbed from an adsorbent.
