abstract | The present invention relates to a polyamide containing an oxanilide or benzylidene-malonate type chemically bonded ultraviolet absorber produced by co-condensation of a prepolymer compound and an ultraviolet absorber, and mixing the prepolymer compound and the ultraviolet absorber before the condensation reaction. And a process for the production of polyamides having improved functional properties, wherein the UV absorbers are used in a concentration range from 0.0001% to 5% by weight relative to the prepolymer compound. Said polyamides are particularly suitable for producing fibers having improved functional properties. |
