Granules with reduced potential for dust generation |
abstract |
The addition of an antifoam during the formation of the granules reduces the dusting of granules containing allergic components. The defoaming agent may be dispersed throughout the granules or added to one of the constituent components of the granules. The granules comprising an antifoaming agent produce at least 30% less dust as compared to granules produced in a manner in which no antifoaming agent is added. |
