titleOfInvention | Tools for diagnosis, molecular determination, and therapeutic development for chronic inflammatory joint disease |
abstract | The present invention relates to tools for the diagnosis, molecular determination and development of therapies for the treatment of chronic inflammatory joint diseases and other inflammatory, infectious or oncological diseases. According to the present invention, genomic data (genomics), proteomic data (proteomics) and immunoohmic data (immunomics) are used for the analysis of chronic joint diseases and the development of treatments. The present invention is based on the use of gene sequences to characterize inflammatory and non-inflammatory rheumatoid arthritis, autoimmune diseases and infectious diseases and mRNAs and proteins derived therefrom, as well as antibodies having properties specific to the proteins derived therefrom. The critical etiology of chronic inflammatory joint disease, which is not yet elucidated, can be elucidated by performing tests. In addition, elucidation algorithms can be created for the classification, prognosis assessment, and treatment optimization of the joint diseases, and new strategies for treatment and points of attack for medicine can be created. |
