Kind Code: A1 An individual's predicted cognitive ability is preferably determined based on factors including sleep history and activity time during the day, and the individual's activity. By transmitting a data sequence representing an awake state and a sleep state of an individual to an external device, transmitting work information to the external device, and receiving at least one predicted value of a cognitive ability level from the external device. The individual sets each sleep time to facilitate the formation of a predicted cognitive performance curve that results in a high level of cognitive performance. In addition, the reproduction of the past cognitive ability level is promoted based on the sleep history. |
