titleOfInvention | Powder coating, production method thereof and use thereof |
abstract | (1) mixing at least two liquid components, each containing at least one liquid starting product, in a static mixer, whereby a molecularly and / or finely dispersed liquid mixture is obtained, (2) 2.) emulsifying the liquid mixture (1) in an aqueous medium with a dispersing device, whereby an aqueous emulsion of liquid particles is obtained, (3) allowing the emulsion (2) to cool and consequently suspending the dimensionally stable particles. A liquid forms and is prepared by (4) isolating the dimensionally stable particles from the suspension (3) or, alternatively, (3) directly isolating the dimensionally stable particles from the emulsion (2). Powder coatings which can be used and their preparation, use as coating materials, adhesives and sealing compounds or for their preparation. |
