Tape-like strip for wrinkle inspection and method of using the same |
abstract |
An inspection kit for visualizing fine lines and wrinkles is provided. The kit includes a transparent strip (2) containing adhesive on one side and an imaging substrate having at least one dark glossy area for receiving the transparent strip. Instructions for use are attached to the kit. The instructions for use advise the consumer to place the adhesive side of the strip on the area of the skin that needs to be measured. Thereafter, the strip is peeled off and placed in the dark area of the substrate. By placing the transferred image of the skin on a dark background, the topographic structure of the skin can be observed through the transparent strip. The anti-aging cosmetic is applied to the skin for a predetermined period. With regular measurements, the beneficial changes caused by the product are visualized via the test strip. |
