Therapeutic agent containing B subunit of protein toxin |
abstract |
【Task】 [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] The B subunit of a protein toxin selected from the B subunit of E. coli heat-labile enterotoxin (EtxB) and the B subunit of Vibrio cholerae toxin (CtxB) is therapeutic against viral and tumor antigens expressed on the cell surface. Has an effect. In particular, the protein toxin may be used to treat an animal (including a human) afflicted with a disease or condition associated with Epstein Barr virus or with a neoplasm. Therapeutic agents can further include cell surface expressed antigens, such as Epstein Barr virus latent membrane proteins. |
