Use of duckweed in high-throughput screening |
abstract |
A method for high-throughput screening in duckweed is provided. In some embodiments, such a method is used to identify a nucleotide sequence encoding a polypeptide of interest. In another aspect, such methods are used to identify nucleotide sequences that modulate expression of a target nucleotide sequence. These methods combine the expected screening benefits in whole plants with the speed and efficiency of high-throughput systems. |
