Transfection method of RNA using electric pulse |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a method for inserting RNA into a cell. In the present invention, cells are transfected with RNA using electroporation to achieve high transfection efficiency. This method is particularly useful for providing cells used in cell-based therapy (for example, for preparing cells useful as an anti-cancer vaccine). Preferably, the RNA has a 5 'cap and a 3' poly (A) tail. |
