abstract | The present invention provides methods for altering the glycosylation pattern of glycopeptides, including recombinantly produced glycopeptides. Glycopeptide compositions are also provided, wherein the glycopeptide has a uniform glycosylation pattern. The present invention is a method for modifying the glycosylation pattern of a glycopeptide comprising an acceptor moiety for a first fucosyltransferase, the method comprising: transferring the fucose from a donor moiety of fucose to the acceptor moiety.
