The device also has a grip tab coupled to the backsheet. The tab preferably has at least a first section and a second section, wherein the stiffness of the first section is greater than the rigidity of the second section. Preferably, the tab comprises a plurality of layers. These layers are preferably laminated to each other in the first area and not to each other in the second area.
