titleOfInvention Absorbent garment with stretchable back sheet
abstract The absorbent garment has a stretchable back sheet having side regions on both sides, a liquid-permeable top sheet having side portions on both sides, and a holding portion having side edges on both sides and an outer surface defining an area. ,including. The holding portion is disposed between the top sheet and the back sheet such that the outer surface faces the back sheet and both side portions of the back sheet and the top sheet extend beyond the side edge of the holding portion. . The sides on both sides of the top sheet are attached to the sides on both sides of the back sheet on both sides of the holding portion. Less than 30% of the area of the outer surface of the holding portion is attached to the back sheet. In one preferred embodiment, the holder is free to float between the back sheet and the top sheet. In one preferred embodiment, the topsheet is stretchable. In another preferred embodiment, less than 30% of the inner surface of the retainer is attached to the topsheet. In yet another preferred embodiment, the retaining part includes at least one fold. Preferably, the backsheet, more preferably the backsheet and the topsheet, have ears attached to form leg openings.
