abstract |
The present invention relates to a novel microorganism capable of exhibiting resistance to acetonitrile at a concentration of at least 3 M, and furthermore to the general formula: A new method for producing amides of Wherein the alkyl radical of R 1 is C 1 to 6, C 2 to 6 alkenyl group, or the general formula ## STR2 ## Wherein X is a nitrogen atom or -CH = based on the corresponding nitrile used by the microorganism, and R 2 and R 3 are each independently a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, alkyl group of C 1 ~ 6, or an alkenyl group of C 2 ~ 6.
