abstract | The present invention provides improved methods for determining the methylation profile of a nucleic acid sequence and determining a change in one or more bases in a target nucleic acid sequence when compared to a corresponding control sequence. The invention also provides a method for determining a change in a nucleic acid sequence by a methylation profile or due to a mutation of one or more bases. |
