Disclosed are novel "bispolyamines" that are inhibitor compounds of polyamine transport. These compounds are useful agents for treating diseases in which it is desirable to inhibit polyamine transport or polyamine binding protein, such as cancer or post-angioplasty injury. The compounds exhibit desirable activity in both diagnostic and research assays and therapeutics. |
