The reactor (108) for integrated recycling of contaminated effluent produces combustible gases that burn cleanly, available heat, and solid sediments. The main property is that the total available energy of the combustible gas and the heat produced is greater than the electrical energy required to operate the device. This property, called over-unity, fully complies with the law of conservation of energy and essentially establishes the possibility of a new reactor for extracting energy from liquid molecules. Other embodiments include over-unity recycling of automotive antifreeze and waste oil, new methods for refining fuel from crude oil, seawater desalination, or cleaning of biologically contaminated wastewater such as municipal sewage. Includes recycling to combustible gases, nutrient-rich water suitable for irrigation, and solid sediments that can be used as fertilizer. |
