The sample processing apparatus provides a process array comprising conduits useful in dispensing sample material to a group of process chambers disposed in communication with the main conduit. The sample processing apparatus adheres to the following features: a deformable seal, a process chamber connected to the main conduit by a feeder conduit exiting the main conduit at an offset location, a U-shaped loading chamber, and a melt bond region One or more of the bonding region combinations may be provided in various combinations.
