PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a bonding force between a gold thin film and a substrate without affecting electrical characteristics and chemical characteristics at all and to manufacture the substrate at low cost, which can be manufactured at a low cost. Provided are a method for manufacturing a biological material fixing substrate, and a biochip in which biological material molecules are fixed to the biological material fixing substrate. SOLUTION: A substrate 1, a gold thin film 3 for immobilizing a biological substance, and an organic polymer linker material layer 2 formed between the substrate and the gold thin film to improve the bonding force between the substrate and the gold thin film. The gold thin film 3 has a thickness of 30 to 200 nm, and shows XRD peaks on the (111) and (200) planes when the X-ray is irradiated on the gold thin film 3 at an incident angle of 1.5 degrees. Here, one side of the organic polymer linker material layer 2 has a functional group capable of reacting with the functional group on the surface of the substrate 1, and the other side has a strong ionic interaction with the negative charge on the surface of the gold thin film 3. Has a positively charged functional group. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1 |
