abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a technique contributing to the development of a new method for treating and preventing Alzheimer's disease that is safe and highly effective. According to the present invention, a group of proteins that bind to amyloid β protein is comprehensively provided using proteomics technology. Knowledge of these proteins opens up the possibility of developing therapeutic agents targeting those proteins, and is thought to greatly contribute to elucidating the causes of Alzheimer's disease.
