[PROBLEMS] To provide a texture-improving agent for imparting a granular texture as a grain, such as the graininess of a taraco or the flesh of a fruit, and a food to which a granular texture is imparted. SOLUTION: As a texture improver, a processed konjac product containing konjac powder, saccharide and starch and adjusted to a fine granule of 0.5 to 2 mm is contained. Further, 1 to 30 parts by weight of the above-mentioned texture improver is added to 100 parts by weight of food. [Selection diagram] None |
