abstract An apparatus for rapidly and continuously separating a large amount of hypocotyls from unswelled beans and producing a hypocotyl raw material having a large isoflavone content is provided. Collision surface means 50, recovery means 40, 60 for recovering the mixture containing beans and hypocotyl after impact, and screening means for screening hypocotyls from the recovered mixture, comprising a sieve 90.
