titleOfInvention High-voltage pulse generator for discharge-excited gas laser devices
abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a high-voltage pulse generator capable of coping with an exposure gas laser device having a high input energy and performing a high repetition operation. In a tank filled with an insulating refrigerant, a magnetic assist SR1 having a core in which thin plate-shaped core members are stacked, a step-up transformer Tr, and magnetic switches SR2 and SR3 are arranged. A cross flow fan 27 is provided as a cooling fan. The distance between the core members of the magnetic assist SR1, the step-up transformer Tr, and the magnetic switches SR1 to SR3 is lower than the operating core member rated temperature, and when the winding device such as the magnetic switch, which is a saturable reactor, is saturated. The inductance is set so as to be equal to or less than a predetermined value. For example, the interval between the core members is set to 1.5 mm or more and 5 mm or less. The rotor diameter D of the cross flow fan 27 is set to 40 ≦ D ≦ 120 (mm). [Selection diagram] Fig. 1
