An object of the present invention is to provide a hydrogenated nitrile rubber composition having improved adhesion while maintaining excellent rubber properties, and a power transmission belt using the same. Kind Code: A1 To at least a tooth portion of a toothed belt, carbon black and silica are added in a total amount of 45 to 60 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of a hydrogenated nitrile rubber.
